Very very helpful and easy going staff!!!
Location next to all the attractions, a garden and a beautiful scenery, and all the restaurants. Well-equipped and nicely furnished room with the garden and an amazing terrace, as for instance as expected. Excellent service, delicious breakfast with fresh cook to order omelet and omelet, for instance.

I chose this hotel for attending a session as it is a popular setting for conference and incentive gatherings. The hotel presented a spacious banquet hall with outstanding facilities and unique settings. The major tourist hotspots, business centers, shopping malls, and the most happening discotheques and pubs were easily accessible with just a few minutes' ride from the hotel. it was a convenient choice for my work-related needs.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or work area. It would have been helpful to have a designated space where I could work on my laptop or have meetings with clients.

Recently stayed at The Address for a trekking trip around Annapurna Circuit. The manager, Panta, brilliantly organized everything and provided us with an excellent guide, Chhapte. The hotel location in Thamel was perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a well-designed lighting system. The toilet was new and spacious, and the buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. Highly recommend staying here!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at The Address hotel in Thamel for a week-long vacation. I was impressed with the complimentary airport shuttles and the friendly staff. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The price was incredibly reasonable, and the internet was surprisingly fast and reliable. The GM, Mr. Patan, went above and beyond to arrange our flights and tours at a great price. our stay at The Address hotel made our trip to Nepal unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again in the future.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. We appreciated the free airport shuttle service and pool access. The hotel was situated in a great location with ample restaurant options nearby.
The staff was friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable and it was hard to communicate their answers due to their accent. We expected better for the price we paid.

Amazing staff with personalized touch. One specific situation that happened during our stay was when the owner, Mr. Pant, personally helped us plan our Nepal itinerary. The omelette made by Chef Naman Rai was the best in the world. highly recommended.
